York Minster District Scouts 2025 AGM
Our AGM will take place on Wednesday 25th September 2024 at 19:45 in Rom One, Southlands Methodist Church, 97 Bishopthorpe Rd, York, YO23 1NX.
The AGM is an opportunity for the voting members to meet with the Trustees and hear their report on the charity, review the accounts, and other administrative business.
Please note that this is the same evening as the Snowball Plantation AGM, which will be held nearby at 18:00. Members of the Council for the Snowball Scout Charity (York Join Scout Trust) have been invited to it’s AGM separately. This has been arranged for the convenience of those members in both Councils to ultimately reduce the number of evenings our volunteers need to give up.
A reminder that the voting members of the Council (as defined in Policy Organisations & Rules) of York Minster District Scout Council are:
- All volunteers with a District role (as per Chapter 16 Role Table, POR)
- Group Lead Volunteers
- Group Leadership Team Members of each Group in the District
- Group Section Team Members of each Group in the District
- Group Trustee Board Chairs from the District
- Group Trustee Board Treasurers from the District
- County Lead Volunteer
- County Trustee Board Chair
