Our electronic Out Of Hut Notification system is currently not functioning correctly meaning groups have been experiencing delays in having notifications approved. Whilst we work to resolve this, please submit an Out Of Hut Notification Form attached further down this page in both PDF and Word formats. Once completed, please email the document through to david.ingledew@yorkminsterscouts.org.uk

Nights away Notifications

Nights Away requests now have to be done via the new Scouts Portal - Programme Support, Nights Away Notifications, My Nights Away applications, Create Request 

Permits

For new permits it's Programme Support, Permits, My Permits, My active permits; Start New Permit

To renew a permit it's Programme Support, Permits, My Permits, My active permits; Click on the relevant permit and scroll down to the bottom and click on renew.

Training for Adult Volunteers

Getting Started modules - To support you in your first five months of volunteering with the Scouts, we have a number of training modules for you to complete. You can complete these in any order.

Training for all appointments - When you're working towards completing your Wood Badge everyone with a volunteer appointment should complete the modules on this page. Once you've completed these modules, visit the main training pages to complete modules which are specific to your volunteer role.

General information for Learners
